These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of elisante.net and any related application or service provided by Elisante Nkini (collectively, the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

Services and professional engagements
The website provides information about web development, IT support, GIS, data, consulting, and related services. Any paid project is subject to the proposal, statement of work, invoice, or other agreement accepted for that project. If a project agreement conflicts with these Terms, the project agreement controls for that engagement.
Accounts and third-party authorization
Some Services may let you sign in with Google or authorize access to selected Google services. You are responsible for your account activity, safeguarding your credentials, reviewing requested permissions, and promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access. You may revoke Google access through your Google Account settings.
Acceptable use
You may not:
- Use the Services unlawfully, fraudulently, or to harm another person.
- Attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems, data, or networks.
- Upload malware or interfere with the security or operation of the Services.

Availability and changes
We may update, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the Services. We aim to provide reliable Services but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Courts with jurisdiction in Tanzania will have jurisdiction over disputes, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
